What is Flat Sheet?
Flat sheet is extruded acrylic or polycarbonate plastic. It is available in many different styles, thicknesses and transparencies. Usually used for lay-in fixture and other lighting applications.
What sizes are Flat Sheet available in?
Standard sizes are 23-3/4" x 47-3/4" (nominal 2" x 4"), 22-1/2" x 46-1/2", 50" x 50" and 48" x 96".
Custom Sizes are available.

What materials are available?
We stock both acrylic and polycarbonate sheets. Acrylic is the best option when yellowing and long term use are the primary concerns. If it is going to be installed in a volatile situation and breakage is the primary concern, polycarbonate is the best option.
